Express Entry Draw 2023- Express Entry Round of Invitations

In the Canada Express Entry system, there are typically three types of invitations based on the different immigration programs under Express Entry:

1. Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP): This is for skilled professionals with foreign work experience who want to migrate to Canada. The candidates are selected based on their ability to establish themselves economically in Canada. To qualify for the FSWP, candidates must meet the eligibility requirements which are based on factors such as language proficiency, work experience, education, age, and so on.

2. Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP): This is for skilled workers who want to become permanent residents based on being qualified in a skilled trade. Candidates must have at least two years of full-time work experience (or an equal amount of part-time work experience) in a skilled trade within the five years before applying.

3. Canadian Experience Class (CEC): This is for skilled workers who have Canadian work experience and want to become permanent residents. The CEC is a popular option for temporary foreign workers and international students who wish to become Canadian permanent residents.

The invitation rounds typically happen every two weeks, and the highest-ranking candidates in the pool are invited to apply for permanent residency. Each round has a set of instructions, and based on these instructions, candidates from one or more of the federal economic immigration programs are selected to receive an invitation.

In addition to these programs, the Express Entry system also includes the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). Candidates who have been nominated by a Canadian province or territory are eligible to apply for immigration through the PNP.

Each program has different criteria and score requirements for eligibility. The score is determined by the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), which takes into account factors such as education, skills, work experience, language ability, and other factors that are believed to aid in successful immigration.

Eligible candidates are invited based on their ranking in the Comprehensive ranking system score. Canada government hold different types of express entry rounds of invitations in 2023 like;

• General Round of invitation where candidates with high CRS score in the pool is eligible to get invitation to applye for Canada Express Entry program.

• Second, Program-Specific rounds of Invitations, in this top-ranking candidates are invited for specific express entry programs like PNP. Canada govenment invites to those candidates who got high CRS score for the PNP.

• Third, Category-Based Round of Invitations, candidates with specific category, for example nurses, healthcare, french language have been invited recently in the Canada.
